We just don't always know what to do about it. We default to "push through" or "wait it out," and those don't really work. That's why we created the Core 5. Five Tapping sessions, each one designed for a different feeling:
Feeling overwhelmed or anxious? → CALM to settle and breathe. Feeling scattered or pulled in every direction? → CENTER to ground and focus. Feeling stuck or tense, like you're just holding it all together? → RELEASE to loosen and flow. Being hard on yourself, caught in perfectionism? → SOFTEN to ease the pressure.
