If you had a tough week (or a tough month, or a tough year even), you aren't alone. It's normal to have times when life feels overwhelming. And during those hard days, inspiration can feel hard to come by – but it's when we need it the most. So right now, I want to share a few affirmations to use today to prepare for the week... To help you feel a little bit stronger, a little bit more energized, and a little bit more prepared for any tough days that come your way. Read them here, and notice how just reading them begins to change your mindset and shift how you feel… | | The ancient fable your racing mind needs to hear… There's an old Buddhist tale about a monkey trapped in a house. Desperate to escape, it races from room to room, window to window, creating chaos everywhere it goes. The more frantically it searches for an exit, the more damage it causes. A wise teacher enters and instead of chasing the monkey, simply opens all the windows and sits quietly in the center of the room. The monkey, no longer feeling trapped, calms down. Eventually, it finds its own way out. Your racing thoughts? They're that monkey. And more likely than not, you've been chasing them from room to room, exhausting yourself while they just get more frantic. What if, instead of chasing, you could just open the windows? Starting November 10th. Just 10 minutes a day.
This challenge is normally only available for Premium members, but from Nov 10-14th, it's free to join for a limited time.
| | Here's what makes this different from everything else you've tried: You don't have to work hard at this. You don't have to master anything or be perfect at it. You just press play, tap along with simple guidance, and watch your racing mind calm down… just like that monkey finding its own way out. | | I can't wait to see you in the challenge and hear about your experiences. | | Until next time...
