| Your Inner Peace & Power Challenge Details: | |
| Here's how to participate to the Challenge: | 1. The Challenge begins on July 28th! If you haven't yet, install the free The Tapping Solution App on your phone so that you can participate! 2. Return to the Challenge each day, from July 28th to August 2nd to tap along with Iyanla with that day's Inner Peace and Power Meditation. 😊 Each session is about 15 minutes or less and can be listened to any time of day. We will send you reminders to tap along the way. 3. Download the Inner Peace and Power Challenge Workbook. This optional companion workbook offers journal prompts to help you take the experience even deeper. You can start now by reflecting on the pre-Tapping questions as you wait for the challenge to start. | 4. Share your progress in the Private Facebook Group (Optional) Community is an incredibly powerful component in our growth. Join the group and you'll be able to interact, comment, and encourage one another as we go through the daily Tapping Meditations! 5. For each of the 6 days of the challenge, show up, follow along with Iyanla, and tap! That's all it takes to awaken the universal peace and power within you. 🌟Tip: I suggest you turn on your notifications in your App settings so you can be reminded each day to do the Tapping. You can always turn them off later after the challenge is over. | |
