Ben Carson just called out Harvard for the last thing you'd think

Please read the message below from our sponsor, Patrick Henry College.

Dear Fellow Conservative:

"Never argue with someone from Patrick Henry College."

That's what Dr. Ben Carson advises colleges – including those in the Ivy League – NEVER to do if they want to avoid embarrassment.

You see, Patrick Henry College – which is sometimes jokingly referred to as "God's Harvard" – is the top academic Christian college in America.

And whether it's crushing "wokeness" on the collegiate debate circuit – or in America's courtrooms, boardrooms, classrooms, and newsrooms – Patrick Henry College's mission is to reclaim America Pro Christo et Libertate, or "For Christ and for Liberty" (our school's motto).

If you support that mission, I'm counting on you to please complete your eight-question DIGITAL INTERVIEW and submit your answers to me right away.

Your responses are critical because I have some major decisions to make before our fiscal year ends on June 30 – decisions that will determine whether PHC can seize this unprecedented opportunity to serve even more families seeking an alternative to failing secular institutions.

Since these are decisions that could ultimately affect our entire country for generations (as I'll explain shortly), I'm really hoping to hear from you IMMEDIATELY!

As you may know, Patrick Henry was founded in 2000 by Mike Farris – one of the country's most highly-respected constitutional attorneys alive today.

Dr. Farris' goal in forming Patrick Henry College was to give the best and brightest young Christian men and women the education they need to gain access to the halls of power in the United States – both inside and outside government.

As Dr. Farris understood, only then can Christian conservatives go head-to-head with the secular Left's anointed ones from the Ivy League in the battle for who will lead America into the future.

The truth is, Ivy League institutions are effectively the training grounds for America's leaders – and it's been that way for forever.

Our country has paid dearly as a result.

If you want to know why socialism is rising in popularity in America just three decades after we defeated communism, just consider Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto is one of the top ten most assigned works at Ivy League schools!

Needless to say, this situation cannot continue if you and I want to keep any semblance of freedom in the United States.

But there is good news . . .

Ever since most colleges opted for "remote learning" during the COVID panic – and doubled down on their embrace of "wokeness," identity politics, and Marxism at the same time – I've been telling everyone who will listen that Patrick Henry College is poised for major growth.

It's happening.

We just welcomed our largest freshman class ever – a class with an average SAT score of 1347 – which puts our students firmly in the top 10% nationally.

Despite our ongoing commitment to quality and high academic standards, we're already looking at needing to build a new dorm less than a year after completing the last one.

This is all because the enormous void Patrick Henry College is filling in modern education.

You see, while there are many schools who remain faithful to God's Word, no other Christian college can match Patrick Henry College academically.

And while Ivy League schools – and a handful of well-known state colleges – do offer strong academics, they have all but eliminated God from the classroom with devastating results.

That's why Patrick Henry College exists – to give young Christians who are committed to academic excellence a Christ-centered education on par with any Ivy League school – so that we can restore America.

We do this with our unique educational model that fuses:

1. High Academic Rigor.

Our goal is to equip these young leaders so they can think clearly, speak articulately, and write persuasively – all within the context of integrity and humility, two qualities sorely needed in today's leadership landscape;

2. Fidelity to the Spirit of the American Founding.

Our students are trained to both understand and defend the principles that have made America great as "One Nation Under God."

We fully expect that they will confidently take their ideas into the public square, seeking to change hearts and minds in a bold, persuasive manner; and

3. An Unwavering Biblical Worldview.

We recognize that, as Proverbs 9:10 states, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom."

Unless we get this foundational element correct, knowledge most often just puffs up.

As a result, spiritual formation is a key focus of the four years we have with these students.

They are challenged to pursue Christ with all their hearts and prepared to defend their faith.

In just over 25 years since our founding, Patrick Henry College alumni are serving in key positions of influence.

That includes serving in the courts, on Capitol Hill as congressional staff, the armed forces, intelligence services, newspaper and online journalism, broadcast media, and higher education – in numbers that rival much larger and more "established" universities.

But it's our performance in forensics (legal debate) that makes me most excited for the promise it holds for the future of America.

The students that compete and win here today will one day be holding the reins of America's judicial system.

That should give you great hope as:

*** Patrick Henry College is routinely listed in the top five schools in forensics (legal debate) collegiate rankings in the country.

In fact, we've brought home 14 of the last 21 American Moot Court Association National Championships, which are high-pressure competitions where students present cases as they are argued before the U.S. Supreme Court. No other college or university has won more than two!

In our most recent Championship, in 2025, we defeated Yale in the final round;

*** Our graduates have earned a 100% acceptance rate into top law schools.

Our students' LSAT scores (the test for students seeking entry into law school) match and even exceed colleges like Harvard and Yale; and

*** Our sixth graduate was recently selected as a United States Supreme Court clerk.

These are highly influential positions as clerks play pivotal roles in assisting the Justices with their final decisions – and often become judges themselves.

The growth we're experiencing right now is directly related to our commitment to God's Word, our strong academics, and our commitment to good stewardship of our supporters' generosity.

Just consider what others are saying:

>>> "I celebrate what this school does because . . . they look at the world and say, 'let's go change it.'" – Mike Huckabee, former Arkansas Governor

>>> "Great place with great values and tremendous students . . ." – Dr. Ben Carson

>>> "Every Patrick Henry College graduate I have had the privilege of meeting in the last few years in Washington (and other places) are smart. They are hard-working. They are committed to the Lord." – Shannon Bream, Fox News Anchor

>>> "Don't hire people from Harvard. Hire them from Patrick Henry. It's true. 'Give me liberty or give me death.' By the way, [if you hire from Harvard], you're hiring all the nonsense that was pumped into their head for four years, as opposed to a great school like Patrick Henry." – Pete Hegseth, Secretary of Defense

>>> "Patrick Henry College is a proven training ground for the next generation of America's conservative leaders – a Christian college on par with America's very best Ivy League schools." – Virginia Lt. Governor Winsome Sears

As Patrick Henry College's notoriety increases, we will continue to experience significant enrollment growth – even as college enrollment at other colleges across the country plummet.

As our mission is to reclaim America "For Christ and for Liberty" – every American who wants to see our country restored will benefit greatly from our growth.

The problem is, I'm concerned we won't be able to keep up.

That's why I'm counting on you to fill out your eight-question DIGITAL INTERVIEW and submit your answers to me right away.

You see, I need your advice for two reasons:

1. Patrick Henry College doesn't take a dime in taxpayer funding, and our students don't participate in taxpayer-backed loan programs.

The reason is that those federal funds come with strings attached – strings that force colleges to muzzle the message of the Gospel in favor of the latest politically correct fad.

We will never allow government to force us to water down the quality and integrity of our education.

2. We've also fought to keep tuition rates as low as possible, increasing them by only 1.7% over the past nine years – far below the rate of inflation.

As a result, our tuition rates are only slightly higher than Virginia's public colleges and less than HALF the cost of Harvard!

But both of these decisions mean we are more dependent on the generosity of donors like you than other colleges.

So, if our supporters tell me to slam the brakes – or if the money just isn't there to meet the demand – we can't move forward and continue growing.

The truth is, Patrick Henry College is at a crossroad today.

As I mentioned, we completed construction of our newest dorm last year, allowing us to increase enrollment by 15%.

Even with the increased capacity, I'm growing increasingly concerned about having to turn away very deserving young Christian men and women simply because we're out of room.

In fact, our decline rate was higher this year than it has ever been.

But before we can commence building the final four dorms we have planned, three of our oldest dorms need renovations.

To sum up, decisions must be made – decisions that must be made prayerfully and carefully.

That's why I'm coming to you to ask for your advice.

What would you have Patrick Henry College do?

Please let me know by completing your eight-question DIGITAL INTERVIEW – and submit your responses along with your most generous tax-deductible contribution if possible.
